01How delivery works
PricePlease is a deal-discovery and quote platform. We do not hold inventory. When you accept a quote, your order is invoiced, dispatched and delivered by the seller who supplies the item.
We stay your point of contact while the order is prepared and can follow up with the seller for you at any time.
02Timelines and charges
Delivery timelines and any delivery charges depend on the seller, the item and your location. They are stated in your quote for each order, so you know them before you confirm.
If anything changes after you confirm, the seller or our team will tell you before dispatch.
03Where we deliver
Whether an item can be delivered to your address, and on what terms, depends on the seller. Tell us where you need it when you request a quote; your quote will confirm it.
04Receiving your order
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us or the seller as soon as possible, within the reporting window in the seller's policy. See Returns & Exchanges.
