02Our service
PricePlease is a deal-discovery and quote platform. We compare prices from the independent sellers we track, source and negotiate prices on coffee machines, grinders and accessories, and connect you with the seller.
We do not hold inventory. Product information and seller prices shown on the site come from sellers and public sources and may change or contain errors.
03Quotes
A quote is an indicative price for the items, quantity and delivery location you requested. It is valid for the period stated in the quote and is subject to the seller's stock and confirmation.
Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to anything.
04Price guarantee
Our lowest price guarantee is subject to the conditions on the Price Guarantee page.
05Orders and sale contract
Unless we state otherwise in writing, when you accept a quote your contract of sale is with the seller, not with PricePlease. The seller invoices, delivers and handles returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty. See Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges.
We remain available to coordinate with the seller on your behalf.
06Using the site
- Give accurate contact details and quote information.
- Don't misuse the site, scrape it, or interfere with its security or operation.
- Content, design and branding on the site belong to PricePlease or its licensors.
07Limitation of liability
The site and quotes are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PricePlease is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, products or services of sellers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by {{FILL: jurisdiction}}, and disputes are subject to the courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
